Muscari armeniacum 'Touch of Snow'
grape hyacinth bulbs
- Position: full sun
- Soil: moderately fertile, well-drained soil (for container-grown bulbs use two parts John Innes No.2 compost to one part sharp grit)
- Rate of growth: average
- Flowering period: April to May
- Hardiness: fully hardy

The majority of the miniature bells in each flower spike are bright blue with a fine white margin around the tip, but there are a few flowers at the top of the spike that open a very pale blue or even white. This creates a distinctive and eye-catching two-tone effect that is a very pretty sight to see in the spring. - Garden care: Plant 10cm (4in) deep in naturalistic groups in autumn. During summer when the bulbs are dormant lift and divide groups that are becoming congested.
- Humans/Pets: Ornamental bulbs - not to be eaten
