The larger than average, magenta pink flowers dangle gracefully on slender, arching stems above the grass-like evergreen foliage in summer. An ideal cormous perennial for prairie style planting schemes. - Garden care: Water freely during the growing season, but avoid excessive winter wet. Cut away old foliage in early spring and if necessary lift and divide congested colonies at the same time.
