Black Tuscan Cabbage is said to make the florentine national dish called 'Ribollita Toscana' - a stew made the day before. Or you can pan-fry it with olive oil, pancetta or bacon, and garlic. Great in stir fries or just with some melted butter. - Growing Instructions:
Sow indoors - April to June for earlier crops and plant out 6-8 weeks after sowing.
Sow outside - May to July when the air temperature is above 10°C
Sow 1cm deep
Thin plants to 20cm apart June to August
Pick young leaves regularly from all plants to encourage more growth.
Harvest - September to December
