If you can’t make your own compost, have a roof terrace or don’t want to lug heavy bags around, this is an ideal product.
It only weighs about 4Kg when dry but expands when you add water to give you 60 litres of coir mulch.
The coir contains a slow release fertiliser which will provide around 4 months of feed. Like other mulches, this product will boost the water retention of your soil, improves soil structure and suppresses weeds. It should also help keep your soil warm in winter and cool in summer.
