If you are new to the internet, or would like to place an order with us, call on 0844 557 2622. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Calls cost 5p per minute from a BT line. Mobile and other service provider rates may vary)
Tracking your order
If you're having difficulty ordering or you want to check the progress of your order, you can e-mail us at email@example.com. If it's about an existing order, please ensure you mention the order number on the top right hand side of the confirmation we sent you and your postcode.
Alternatively, you can go to www.rhsplants.co.uk and click on 'My Account'. This will take you to a section that allows you to manage your account details, track your order and review your wish lists. By clicking on ‘Order Tracking’ this will give you the status of any of your orders including the value of the order, the order number, the date you placed the order and its status.
Change your e-mail address or password for www.rhsplants.co.uk
If you have changed your e-mail address, or want to change your password, then write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include some details of a previous order and advise us of your new password, remembering it must be at least 6 characters.
