Deliciously scented, small bell-shaped flowers crowd the upright stems in mid- to -late spring above the rosettes of strappy foliage. This elegant white hyacinth, looks wonderful when planted out in a pot or window box, or when added to a bedding scheme in the border. Make sure you plant them near an entrance or pathway so you can enjoy their fragrance each time you pass.

  • Garden care: Once the flower spike has faded, cut it back to the base and start feeding the plant with a high potash fertiliser. If they are kept well fed and you can resist the urge to remove the foliage until it has died back completely, it is possible that the bulbs will produce more flowers in the following years. For safety reasons always use gloves when handling these plants.
  • Harmful if eaten/skin irritant
