One of the most impressive of the trailing petunias, 'Shock Wave' produces an abundance of magenta-crimson flowers throughout the summer. It looks sublime when cascading over the edges of a pot or hanging basket either or its own, or teamed with deep purples, softer pink or silver.
Grown individually in cell trays, each plant measures about 7 - 10cm tall (from the base of the root to the top of the plant). They are ideal for keen gardeners who have a greenhouse where the plants can be grown on until they are ready for planting out in the garden once all chance of frost has passed.

Keep well watered and feed at regular intervals with a high potash fertiliser (such as Tomorite).
