    • Hydrangea Runaway Bride Snow White is a brand new class of hydrangea which is already winning awards. Deservedly winning the RHS Chelsea Flower Show plant of the Year in 2018, it flowers prolifically on both old and new wood, which enables it to produce more than one flower on each branch. This ability to produce flowers from lateral buds along the length of the stems has resulted in the plant being commonly know as the 'garland hydrangea'. To add to its appeal, the white lacecap flowers often develop an attractive pink tinge as they age.

    • Garden care:
Hydrangeas do not like to dry out. In dry weather, soak the roots with a hose and the plant will usually recover. Remove faded flowerheads in spring after the danger of frosts, cutting back the flowered stems to a strong pair of buds. Take out misplaced or diseased shoots. Mulch young plants with a well-rotted manure or compost in spring. Once established, remove a quarter to a third of the shoots to the base of the plant.
    • Humans: Skin allergen; Pets: Harmful if eaten
