Tulipa 'White Dream'
triumph tulip bulbs
- Position: full sun
- Soil: well-drained soil
- Rate of growth: average
- Flowering period: April to May
- Hardiness: fully hardy
- Bulb size: 11/12
Gorgeous pure white, bowl-shaped flowers appear in mid-spring above the strap-like foliage. This is a beautiful tulip, which will contrast well with dark-coloured tulips, such as 'Queen of Night'. Alternatively use it on its own, or with other white-flowering tulips to create a simple but very stylish effect. It is best grown in a sunny, well-drained site and is excellent for cutting. - Garden care: In November or December plant bulbs 15-20cm (6-8in) deep in fertile, well-drained soil. After flowering deadhead and apply a balanced liquid fertiliser each week for the first month.
- Humans: Harmful if eaten; skin allergen; Pets: Ornamental bulbs - not to be eaten
