    A versatile, leafy vegetable that can be cropped early as baby leaves to add colour to salads or left to mature with glossy leaves and beautiful stems with a 'Bright Yellow' midrib as a feast for the eyes! Easy to grow and cook, use in a stir fry or steam, this award-winning variety has excellent winter hardiness and is slow to bolt.

  • Growing instructions: Sow directly outdoors in a seedbed from March to August. Sow seeds thinly at a depth of 1cm in drills 30cm apart. For young leaves, thin seedlings to 7cm apart. For larger chards/leaves thin to 15cm apart.
