Finely-divided green leaves form a picturesque backdrop for the pink daisy-like flowers of this elegant half-hardy annual, each boasting a generous 10cm (4”) diameter and warm golden 'true' flowering centres. A beloved cottage garden gem, 'Apollo Pink' captivates cut-flower enthusiasts, unfurling its charm from summer through autumn, ensuring a consistent bloom with regular deadheading. Proving invaluable in cutting and wildlife gardens, and serving as an ideal summer infill, this cosmos’ modest size and bushy habit make it an excellent choice for patio pots.

  • Garden care:
Pot up and grow on in a well-lit and ventilated frost free environment (such as a greenhouse, coldframe or conservatory). Plant out after all risk of frost has passed. Pinch out the growing tips to encourage bushier growth, and feed at regular intervals with a high-potash fertiliser throughout summer.
