Order line

Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus, our order line is temporarily closed but you can still shop with us online.

Tracking your order

If you're having difficulty ordering or you want to check the progress of your order, you can e-mail us at [email protected]. If it's about an existing order, please ensure you mention the order number on the top right hand side of the confirmation we sent you and your postcode.

Alternatively, you can go to www.rhsplants.co.uk and click on 'My Account'. This will take you to a section that allows you to manage your account details, track your order and review your wish lists. By clicking on ‘Order Tracking’ this will give you the status of any of your orders including the value of the order, the order number, the date you placed the order and its status.

Post or Fax

If you prefer to contact us by post, please write to RHS Plant Offers, Nursery Court, London Road, Windlesham, Surrey GU20 6LQ. Alternatively, fax us on 01344629600

Please note: following government advice, most of our office staff are working from home which means it is taking us slightly longer than usual to process postal orders. If you have already sent through your postal order, please be aware it make take up to 2 weeks from the date it was received to be processed.

If you have changed your e-mail address, or want to change your password, then write to us at [email protected] Please include some details of a previous order and advise us of your new password, remembering it must be at least 6 characters.

How to order using RHS Gift Vouchers as payment

Unfortunately we are currently unable to process RHS gift vouchers from our online checkout.

If you would like to purchase items from the site using RHS gift vouchers please use the following process:

  • Add items to your wheelbarrow online
  • instead of proceeding to payment, print a copy of your wheelbarrow
  • Post this page to us along with your vouchers, a cheque for any balance above the value of your vouchers (including delivery charges) to RHS Plants, Nursery Court, London Road, Windlesham, Surrey GU20 6LQ
  • We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For service when posting your order and payment as we are unable to replace lost vouchers.
