This perennial is semi-evergreen so it can lose some of its leaves in winter. In colder regions or more exposed gardens, it may lose them all, but then fresh new growth appears again in spring.

  Pretty pure white flowers top the heart-shaped green leaves for many months from mid-spring. A low-growing ground cover, it looks great in pots or window boxes - or can be used for fill gaps at the front of the border. This plant is sent out in bud or flower, so it's ready to shine after being planted straight out in the garden.
