This perennial is semi-evergreen so it can lose some of its leaves in winter. In colder regions or more exposed gardens, it may lose them all, but then fresh new growth appears again in spring.

The soft warm peachy tones of ‘Sweet Apricot’, a fully double semi-evergreen perennial, is a welcome sight in early spring. Nestled above a roughly textured rosette, this long-flowering primula with its delicate fragrance is a perfect choice for pots, containers or border edges.
Plant out in a partially shaded and sheltered position, adding plenty of leaf mould and compost to the planting hole and backfill. Water well until established. Divide large clumps in late spring or early summer after the plant has flowered, preferably during a wet spell.
