A variegated baby rubber plant with glossy, leathery leaves and wide yellow-green margins sporting a growth habit that is bushy and compact. Tail-like or club-shaped spikes of tiny greenish-white flowers on red stems appear during the growing season. Peperomia obtusifolia 'Variegata' is ideal for offices or shady spots as they grow well in low-light environments or rooms with supplementary fluorescent lighting.
Please note that the pot in the photograph is not supplied with the plant (which is sent out in a simple nursery alternative), but we have a wide and wonderful range on our website to choose from. - Home care: Keep it in a semi-shaded or bright spot with protection from direct sun and water regularly in summer - allowing the compost to get reasonably dry before repeating the process. Water sparingly in winter. Maintain temperatures above 10°C in winter.
