Introducing 'Wisley Gold', a charming yellow-fruited rowan. This small to medium-sized tree exhibits robust growth, featuring an upright habit and dense foliage. Its pinnate, toothed, dark green leaves transition from shades of reddish-purple to orange-red during the autumn months. In late spring, this deciduous tree has clusters of delicate white flowers, which eventually give way to the highlight of its display—impressive heavy bunches of golden fruit.

This exceptional cultivar was introduced by the RHS from a seedling discovered on Battleston Hill at Wisley. With a high likelihood of S. ‘Ethel's Gold' as its parent, ‘Wisley Gold’ has proven its merit by receiving the Royal Horticultural Society's prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
