First introduced to the UK by the Romans this delicious herb adds a peppery flavour to salads and pizzas. This has a milder and meatier flavour than wild rocket and it is leaves are rich in Vitamin C which aids the absorption of iron. Frequent cutting will promote tender new growth. The flowers are edible too and can be used to add a bit of colour to your salad. - Growing Instructions:Sow outside - March to September
