A striking hosta, the large leaves emerge creamy white in late spring, but soon after green streaks develop and these gradually spread until the whole leaf has turned a lush shade of green. Primarily grown for this colourful foliage, the sprays of lavender flowers which appear from midsummer are an added bonus.
