Spreading to form a clump of attractive evergreen foliage, this low-growing perennial is best loved for its loose clusters of larger than average (for an Omphalodes), deep blue flowers, which appear in early spring. 'Cherry Ingram' makes a stunning addition to the woodland floor or shady rockery, where it associates well with spring flowering bulbs, ferns and hostas.
