Made from textured glass, these elegant hyacinth vases let the bulb nestle on top with its roots trailing in the water below. Ideal for the festive table, either single or clustered. In the spring and summer months they're a perfect size for a few snipped flowers from the garden.
To enjoy indoor hyacinths over Christmas, start bulbs off in September or October. Fill the vase to the neck with water then place in your bulb. The water level should be just below the bottom of the bulb. Put it somewhere cool and dark (a cupboard is ideal), keeping the water topped up. Once the shoot is 4-5cm tall move it to a bright sunny spot indoors where it’ll burst into bloom.
