A tropical climber producing stunning trumpet-shaped pink flowers with darker centres, blooming reliably throughout the summer in warm, humid conditions. The flowers have a sweet, citrus, or vanilla-like scent, most noticeable in the evening.

Mandevilla Sundaville Cream Pink thrives in containers, where its trailing and climbing habit makes it a versatile choice for conservatories.

Reaching up to 2m in height in pots, and spreading to around 50cm, its glossy green foliage complements the vibrant flowers, adding a lush, exotic feel. Best grown in loam-based or ericaceous compost with good drainage, it performs well in full sun to partial shade outdoors against a sheltered wall during the summer, or brightly lit conditions indoors such as a glass roofed conservatory or heated glasshouse.

Hardy only in warm temperate climates, this stunnig housplant must be overwintered in a conservatory, though can be grown outside as a dramatic tender annual in cooler regions.

How to care for Mandevilla Sundaville Cream Pink ('Sunparapibra') (PBR) (Sundaville Series):

Mandevilla is best grown as a tropical houseplant and will require a large pot, and is best sited in a well-lit conservatory or heated glasshouse.

Apply a general purpose fertiliser during the growing season and avoid overwatering in winter. In late-winter or early-spring thin out over-crowded growth by pruning side-shoots to within three or four buds of the main woody woody stems of the plant.

Avoid contact with its white sap, which can cause irritation.
