Anagallis tenella

bog pimpernel

Product Image
The award-winning and native bog pimpernel forms a dense carpet of semi-evergreen leaves peppered with fragrant, tiny rose-pink flowers from June to September. A great addition to the margins of any pond, bog garden or very shallow water, this pretty, low maintenance aquatic plant requires little trimming and is disease resistant.

How to care for Anagallis tenella:

Best planted between mid-February and mid-September, the plant derives all its nutritional needs from the pond water so there’s no need to feed. If this plant becomes untidy, give it a light trim to shape.
