A mid purple summer stalwart with tones of lilac and lavender make this superb, free-flowering verbena one to try out combined with pale pink, regal red or burgundy.

Verbena 'Enchantment Purple' has serrated foliage and is a wonderfully vibrant, wildlife friendly container and hanging basket 'bedding plant’, where it will trail happily in large pools of richly robed ground cover.

How to care for Verbena Enchantment Purple (Enchantment Series):

Grow on under glass until all risk of frost has passed and they can then either be planted outside into a well-prepared bed, or used to fill decorative pots and hanging baskets for the patio (9cm plants don’t need potting on but require initial frost protection).

Pinching out the growing tips will encourage them to become bushier, and feeding with a high-potash fertiliser at regular intervals throughout the summer will promote even more flowers to form.
