'Clotted Cream' is an evergreen shrubby climber with five-lobed leaves which are dark green and pale grey-green variegated with cream. Strongly frilled margins develop as the foliage matures giving a reflexed or wavy appearance which is quite striking. Growing to modest heights, ‘Clotted Cream’ is often used as a houseplant or for adding height to a narrow obelisk within a container but will perform admirably and be attractive to nectar-seeking insects if grown outdoors.
