Rhodanthemum 'African Rose'

Moroccan daisy

Product Image
A charming and attractive perennial plant with a compact and mounding habit, characterised by its abundant and showy flowers. Large and daisy-like, with a diameter of around 5 cm (2”), the petals are a soft pinkish-lilac colour, with a central treacle-yellow disk that gradually fades to white towards the edge. The leaves are small, narrow, and grey-green, providing a lovely backdrop to the colourful flowers. 'African Rose' blooms profusely in spring and summer and is an excellent choice for garden borders, rockeries, or as a container plant.

How to care for Rhodanthemum African Rose:

No regular pruning is usually required, however if necessary, remove dead or diseased stems after flowering. Pinching off the faded flowers will encourage more to form - often prolonging the flowering season.
