Highly productive, the award-winning ‘New Ace’ has a gently sprawling habit and produces dark green fruits turning red as they age, although they can be harvested at any time. Best grown in a greenhouse or polytunnel, peppers are delicious in salads and wonderful stuffed, roasted, or added to sauces!
Growing instructions:
Peppers need a long growing season in a greenhouse to ripen properly, though they will form green peppers in containers on a sunny patio. Plant out into containers or in the greenhouse borders. Support with canes and feed fortnightly once flowers appear. Once plants reach about 30cm tall, pinch out the growing tips to increase branching so you get more fruit.
