Traditional asparagus cutting knife, handmade from one piece of hardened high-carbon steel. Nice and slim so you can work among precious plants without disturbance or damage.

The sharpened tip is perfect for its intended purpose - slicing asparagus spears cleanly below soil level. The undulating shape works with a rocking action, so it's great for prising out tap roots too. Any time you need to root around in an awkward, hard-to-reach spot, this is a really handy little tool.
