This succulent forms attractive rosettes of fleshy, grey-green leaves with a hint of red that deepens in direct sunlight. How to care for Aeonium haworthii:
Plants will need protection in winter so move them to a dry, frost-free spot. In summer, water sparingly as they are well adapted to dry conditions and will draw on water stored in their succulent leaves. Grow on in a loam-based potting compost with added extra grit. Water when in growth, not at all when dormant during the cooler months. Apply a balanced liquid fertiliser monthly throughout the growing season.
