Cardiocrinum giganteum

giant himalayan lily bulb

Product Image
A truly spectacular plant, which produces glorious trumpet-like flowers on stems up to three metres tall. It originates from forest floors in China so will thrive in moist, semi-shaded positions. The stately flower-spikes bear glowing, 15cm long lily-like, creamy-white blooms that have a claret stain in the throat. These are held above the green foliage which often has a bronze/purple tinge. A showstopper.

Please note that these bulbs are flowering size, so they will typically bloom in their first year. Unfortunately however, we are not able to guarantee this.
