Narcissus 'Avalanche'

tazetta daffodil bulbs

Product Image
This daffodil can produce up to 15 flowers per stem. Vigorous, very fragrant and award winning, it is definitely worth including in your spring garden. The mid-season flowers consist of white petals that frame a small yellow acorn cup. It is an old-fashioned variety which is full of charm and it is said that it is left alone by deer.

How to care for Narcissus Avalanche:

Wearing gloves plant bulbs 10-15cm deep and 10cm apart in autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead the flowers, but do not be tempted to cut back or tidy the foliage after flowering as this will interfere with the bulbs’ ability to store energy for the following year's flowers.
