Award-winning scented miniature daffodil collection

RHS AGM daffodil collection

Product Image
When selecting plants for the garden, it is important to choose some that smell divine and these miniature daffodils wont disappoint. They can all be planted in pots, containers or window boxes where the fragrance can waft through your windows, but they are also ideal for naturalising in bold drifts in the lawn where they will put on a charming spring display. All of these 3 daffodils have been awarded the AGM by the Royal Horticultural Society.

How to care for Award-winning scented miniature daffodils:

Wearing gloves, plant bulbs 10-15cm (4-6in) deep from late summer to early autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead and allow the leaves to die back naturally.

What's included:

In each collection you will receive the following:

10 × Narcissus 'Angel's Breath': With several sturdy, upright stems emerging from every bulb, adorned with pale yellow flowers, this mid-season bloomer offers a captivating display. The soft lemon-yellow blooms, typically numbering 3 to 5 per bulb, gently nod on robust 15cm (6in) stems. 'Angel's Breath' belongs to the Triandrus daffodil family, boasting narrow, slightly reflexed petals that add to its allure. Perfectly suited for window boxes, rock gardens, or as a delightful border accent, promising to infuse any space with its delicate beauty. Grows to 20cm tall.

10 × Narcissus 'Sun Disc': The name of this daffodil is derived from the shape of the flower. The central cup flares so much it is virtually flattened against the unusually rounded outer petals, thus giving the impression of a flattened disc. Each stem usually produces between 1-3 scented flowers and the leaves are so fine they almost look like blades of grass. Grows to 20cm tall.

10 × Narcissus 'Topolino': Bi-coloured flowers (very pale yellow outer petals with a yellow central cup) appear earlier than most - usually from late February to March. An heirloom variety developed before 1923, its name translates to 'Little Mouse'. Grows to 25cm tall.
