Dramatic, slender panicles of pink, honey-scented flowers, with orange-centred eyes which are attractive to butterflies and other beneficial insects, are formed at the end of long woody stems in midsummer.
The pointed, grey-green leaves, whitish underneath, turn butter-yellow in autumn. Deadheading Buddleja ‘Pink Delight’ will encourage this 'butterfly bush’ to produce more flowers and prevent any unwanted seedlings.
