Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Blue Moon' (PBR)

This award-winning new conifer is not only colourful, but it will help add year round structure to the garden. It's a lovely little thing that forms a bushy dome of steely blue foliage, which is an excellent foil for purple, white and pink flowers. Weave it through a border to add punctuation, or keep it in a pot on the patio. Please note that the pots in the photos are not sent out with the plants, which will arrive in a black plastic pot.
How to care for Chamaecyparis pisifera Blue Moon (PBR):
Apply a generous layer of mulch around the base of the plant (avoiding the immediate crown) in late winter. Pruning is not usually necessary, however any shoots that ruin the symmetry of the plant can be removed in autumn.
