Producing an abundance of large, fully petalled flowers over a long period from midsummer, this new clematis really puts on a spectacular display. A sport of the ever popular 'Hagley Hybrid', it is a strong and vigorous grower, that will quickly cover a wall. It is also compact enough to be grown in a large pot and trained over an obelisk on the patio.
How to care for Clematis Multi Pink ('ST17333') (PBR):
In early spring cut back the previous year's stems to a pair of strong buds about 15-20cm (6-8in) above ground level and apply a slow-release balanced fertiliser and a mulch of well-rotted garden compost around the plant, avoiding the immediate crown.
