A narrow, compact, pyramidal evergreen conifer with soft bluish-green foliage when young, maturing to a silvery, blue-green. Ideal as a specimen conifer, hedges, or a windbreak, 'Stricta' is tightly branched making it ideal to add verticality to tight spaces. - Garden care: Remove any competing leaders that appear in spring, and at the same time, cut out any weak or misshapen shoots.
