Heuchera 'Fyre Wing™ Rhodonite'

coral bells

Product Image
A compact heuchera forming a dense, rounded mound of finely cut, lace-like leaves with plenty of texture. The foliage combines rich rose, violet and purple tones with softer copper shades, creating a changing display that prolongs and maintains interest through the season.

Heuchera 'Fyre Wing Rhodonite' brings a bold colour contrast to mixed planting without relying on flowers for impact. In summer, slender stems rise above the foliage carrying airy sprays of tiny flowers, adding a delicate touch to its striking, architectural form.

Please note that any pots in the photographs are not supplied with the plants (which are sent out in simple nursery alternatives), but we have a wide and wonderful range on our website to choose from.

How to care for Heuchera Fyre Wing™ Rhodonite:

Plant 30-45cm (12-18in) apart in moderately fertile, moist, but well-drained soil, incorporating compost to improve drainage and fertility. Keep well watered and remove tatty foliage in autumn.

Lift and divide clumps every couple of years in early autumn and re-plant with the crown just above the surface of the soil. Apply a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) mulch of well-rotted organic matter around the base of the plant in spring.
