A charming, compact, low-growing deciduous grass with decorative pinkish-white flowering ‘bottlebrush’ spikes that mature to a ‘bunny-brown’. Drought tolerant once established, this charming perennial makes a great foreground companion for other mid- to late-season border plants such as hot and vibrant coloured dahlias and salvias, or the cool blues of Agastache ‘Blue Fortune’ and Agapanthus ‘Headbourne Hybrids’.
