Larger than average, white-eyed, blue flowers form in loose spikes in early spring. Versatile and easy to grow, they're ideal for a sunny rock garden, alpine bed or border where a vibrant shot of early colour is called for. Suitable for naturalising, they can be kept in the ground where they will gradually form generous swathes.

How to care for Scilla Blue Giant:

Plant bulbs in bold drifts 8cm (3in) deep in September in naturalistic drifts.
