This mature plant blend is the richest of the John Innes mixes, designed for plants that are already established and need a more substantial compost. The loam-based blend helps anchor roots and maintain moisture levels, which is especially useful in larger pots and containers.

It includes feed to support steady growth for up to 4 months, making it well suited to shrubs, climbers and long-term container planting. A good choice when plants have moved beyond early growth and need something more sustaining to keep them growing well.

Westland composts are produced using 100% renewable energy, and its production sites maintain a zero-waste-to-landfill policy.
