These new little tools are made to our own designs by DeWit, with smaller gardening in mind. Perfect for pottering, whether that's in the greenhouse, potting shed or indoors.

The scoop

We’ve created the scoop especially for working with seeds and seedlings. The slimline head makes it much easier to fit into seed modules and small pots than a trowel. Ideal for scooping in compost for seed sowing and making small planting holes when it’s time to pot seedlings on.

It’s also a great size for indoor gardening, and works well for houseplants, bonsai, bottle gardens/terrariums and kitchen herbs.

The fork

The dinky fork is a handy little tool for potting on seedlings and tending smaller plants. For potting on, use the prongs to loosen the compacted soil around your seedlings and the kinked neck to gently lever them out.

We also like it for titivating the top of pots to aerate soil and remove any little weeds. Indoor gardeners will find it useful for tending larger houseplants. We think both tools make perfect stocking fillers for plant lovers too.

Both tools are made from high carbon steel and fitted with an ash grip etched with our logo. They come finished with a 10cm leather loop. Perfect for hanging in the potting shed, greenhouse or on the key rack indoors so they’re always to hand.

Supplied with a lifetime guarantee on metal parts. Each sold separately.

All DeWit tools come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects, making them a truly once in a lifetime purchase.
