This reliably compact buddleja is ideal for pots making 'Little Ruby' a great choice for balconies or terraces. From midsummer, the splaying stems are topped with a conical cluster that contains masses of small pinkish red flowers. Colourful as well as rich in nectar, they put on a great show, and you'll have the enjoyment of watching the butterflies come and go as they top up their energy levels.
