This new, award-winning and easy to grow narcissi is sought after for its abundance of flowers, which have a deliciously fruity fragrance. In ideal conditions, each multi-stemmed bulb is capable of producing up to twenty milky white flowers, which means it can really pack a punch in smaller spaces. Because of this, 'Starlight Sensation' is perfect for patios and windowboxes - or for filling gaps towards the front of the border.
How to care for Narcissus Starlight Sensation:
Wearing gloves plant bulbs 10-15cm (4-6in) deep and 10cm (4in) apart in autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead the flowers, but do not be tempted to cut back or tidy the foliage after flowering as this will interfere with the bulbs’ ability to store energy for the following year's flowers.
