A very pretty, hardy primrose with beautiful, magenta-rose coloured petals and and bright golden centres above rosettes of rough, textured leaves.

Great for winter displays, pair Primula 'Raspberry Rose' with miniature bulbs such as Narcissus bulbocodium or Muscari armeniacum.

How to care for Primula vulgaris Raspberry Rose:

Plant out in a partially shaded and sheltered position, adding plenty of leaf mould and compost to the planting hole and backfill. Water well until established.

Divide large clumps in late spring or early summer after the plant has flowered, preferably during a wet spell.
