If you are looking for a distinctive, architectural tree then look no further! This unusual evergreen tree has an almost skeletal form, with a slender upright trunk and long pendant, narrow bronze-green, metallic-like leaves which are sharply pointed and indented with tooth-like serrations. Over time on mature trees the leaves become fuller and more rounded. If your lucky it can produce green, umbel shaped flower panicles from mid summer. Such a memorable tree which looks good planted singularly or in groups in a modern contemporary garden, or a woodland style scheme.
