Niwaki Mainichi secateurs
A great all-rounder for garden pruning, these premium Niwaki Japanese steel secateurs are a cut above.
The super-sharp carbon steel blade and simple direct action give them a beautifuly clean and efficient cut. They will tackle growth up to 15mm thick, depending on plant type - and how strong you’re feeling.
The satisfyingly chunky catch is easy to secure with gloved hands, and the yellow grips stand out among soil and green growth so you won’t easily lose them.
Look after your secateurs by scraping off or cleaning the blade after use (water and washing up liquid is fine). Dry well, apply a coat of camellia oil and store in a dry place. Sharpen every couple of weeks or as needed.
Supplied with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding general wear and tear through regular use).
Please note: to preserve the integrity of the blade, branches must be cut at an angle, not straight across.
