This rare and unusual allium produces open clusters of small, bell-shaped flowers on it's slender, upright stems in early to midsummer. It looks great when teamed with ornamental grasses, so it's ideal for prairie, 'new perennial' or more unstructured planting schemes.

  • Garden care: Plant bulbs 10cm deep and 10cm apart to enjoy the full effect of the flowers. Avoid excessive soil moisture, and split and divide large clumps in autumn or spring.
  • Pets: TOXIC if eaten; Humans: Ornamental bulbs - not to be eaten
