Narcissus 'Obdam'

double daffodil bulbs

Product Image
Strong stems carry many-petalled, gently ruffled flowers in spring, adding colour and scent to borders and pots. Initially, each creamy flower of 'Obdan'has a yellow colouring to its eye, but this tends to fade as the flowers mature, so that by the end of their season, ivory-white becomes the predominant colour. A wonderfully busy daffodil flower whose modified stamens give the bloom a folded 'origami' appearance.

How to care for Narcissus Obdam:

Wearing gloves plant bulbs 10-15cm deep and 10cm apart in autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead the flowers, but do not be tempted to cut back or tidy the foliage after flowering as this will interfere with the bulbs’ ability to store energy for the following year’s flowers.
