Narcissus 'Sabrosa'

jonquilla daffodil bulbs

Product Image
The compact habit of this miniature daffodil makes it perfect for underplanting a seasonal display in pots and windowboxes, but it will also look great when used to line (or fill gaps in) the front of the border. The flowers are scented, so 'Sabrosa' will also make an excellent addition to a posy, or cut flower vase where its short stems carrying two to four lemon-yellow flowers will delight throughout the early spring.

How to care for Narcissus Sabrosa:

Wearing gloves plant bulbs 10-15cm (4-6in) deep and 10cm (4in) apart in autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead the flowers, but do not be tempted to cut back or tidy the foliage after flowering as this will interfere with the bulbs’ ability to store energy for the following year's flowers.
