Narcissus 'Jack Snipe'

cyclamineus daffodil bulbs

Product Image
Narcissus 'Jack Snipe' is a miniature trumpet daffodil with flower petals that open up and curl backwards, making it look as if it has been grown in a wind tunnel. The other distinctive feature of this cyclamineus daffodil is the bicoloured blooms, which have white outer petals with a yellow central cup.

An ideal selection that will add early spring colour to mixed borders, they can also be potted up and moved them to a prominent position when in flower.

How to care for Narcissus Jack Snipe:

Wearing gloves plant bulbs 10-15cm (4-6in) deep and 10cm (4in) apart in autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead the flowers, but do not be tempted to cut back or tidy the foliage after flowering as this will interfere with the bulbs’ ability to store energy for the following year's flowers.
